16 game season
All games will consist of three 17-minute running time periods and a 4-minute warm-up

Great passing plays. High hockey IQ. Lots of laughs.
No fighting, no checking, no slap shots, no driving the net, no yelling at the refs.
For the 2024-25 Sunday Nights season
Over 45 - Born 1979 or before
Over 30 - Born 1994 or before

You can play in a younger division.
You are eligible if to play in a division if are old enough at any time during the season. For example, if you turn 30 on January 3, 2025 you would be eligible to skate for the entire 2024-25 season.
If you are a team captain, you will need to help with some administrative duties.
All players are required to have a current USA Hockey membership. Benefits include (complete list):
Members receive USA Hockey insurance coverage. For most members, this is secondary insurance coverage for any events that occur on the ice. However, unique to USA Hockey, this insurance covers individual players, and not just one member of a team or associations, ensuring that you are covered in any catastrophic event.
Members qualify for local, state and regional tournaments, as well as USA Hockey National Championships.
Submit a roster and update the league director if you need/add skaters or a goalie.
All players are required to complete the online waiver.

If you are an individual (skater or goalie) that is looking for a team, complete the online application to be included in the player pool. This does not guarantee team placement. Teams that are looking for additional skaters are first referred to the player pool. Team captain contact info will not be given out. Teams in need of skaters will contact you directly on an as needed basis.
