About THE CMAHL

The Hockey Zone Minnesota Adult Hockey League (Sunday nights, from November to March, in the winter) has been skating in St. Cloud and Sartell rinks for just over 3 decades.

In the spring of 2021, Hockey Zone announced that they will not be running the league anymore.

Neil Andruschak was one of the guys that skated in the Hockey Zone league for just over a decade and when he found out that Hockey Zone was not going to run the league anymore, he took it over, renamed the league and began the journey of figuring out how to start up and run a small business...

Shak's Adventures LLC and the Central Minnesota Adult Hockey League (CMAHL) were born!

The CMAHL is a division of Shak's Adventures LLC.
